    • We currently ship within Singapore. For international orders or rental deliveries, please contact us for a custom quote.
    • For purchases, deliveries are made via our trusted local courier partners. For rental orders, our team handles delivery and has the option to include on-site installation as detailed under Vue Digital Signage.

    2. Processing Time

    • Orders received and confirmed by 12 PM (Singapore Time) on business days are typically processed for delivery the same day or next business day.
    • For rentals, the agreed delivery and installation schedule will be arranged directly with you.

    3. Delivery Estimates

    • Standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive delivery details by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
    • For rental installations required onsite, our team coordinates directly to ensure timely and precise setup.

    4. Shipping & Handling Fees

    • Standard delivery for purchased items within Singapore is FREE.
    • For rental units, bulky or oversized items (e.g., video walls or interactive whiteboards), additional delivery or handling fees may apply—these will be disclosed at checkout or during your rental coordination.

    5. Order Changes & Cancellations

    • If you cancel or modify your order in advance of the scheduled delivery date, a 5% service/administration fee will apply.
    • Should your order already be dispatched or delivered, please consult our Returns & Refunds Policy for applicable terms.

    6. Damages & Delivery Issues

    • Before signing off on delivery, please inspect all items carefully. Damages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photos and order details submitted to enquiry@vuedigitalsignage.com or via WhatsApp at +65 8545 3626.
    • Pending our verification, we will coordinate a replacement delivery or return as soon as possible.
